Poor customer service . It's up to the customer to keep their board piles neat while sorting through hundreds of boards to find good ones. . Said some one always helps but instead of asking the employees. The they came at me .about messing their pile up . I had a customer paying for prime deck boards. You have to really sort through bad boards. The manger at that store says. " they aren't that bad ". Well. Yes they are. For prime, they sucked. I've heard other stories about this hole .
