Charlie is really a stand up guy, he knows what he is talking about. He is willing to let you know all the dangers or things to be cautious about that you would't think about. I am glade that I choose this company really great people and extremely experienced. I would recommend for any home buyer or investor!

Charlie, is fine gentleman and professional! That's the only way I can start this. I am new to Ohio and he was patient & very knowledgeable with answering ever question I had. He also has a great sense of humor. He laid out a very detailed list of concerns I need to address and I have been following it like gospel. He is very thorough. I strongly recommend anyone in the Marion/Columbus area to try Charlie out first.

I would highly recommend Charles H******* he is very knowledgeble and thorough with his inspections, he answered all my questions. He had my home inspection report done in a timely fashion.
