I rented a pontoon for my family and had a very disappointing experience. From the start, the throttle would not stay in the acceleration position, so I had to hold it the entire trip. As the day went on, we hit a small wake and my seat completely collapsed. It was clearly rusted out to the point where it could have been dangerous—the support pipe was close to coming through the bottom of the seat. The boat was a piece of junk. The motors top speed was 10 miles per hour. It was maddening to pay that ridiculous amount of money for a 9:30 to 4pm rental PLUS GAS!!! They don't even tell you that part until you bring the boat back! The boat was supposed to be for 8 people 6 barely fit if we had 8 we would have never been able to even move or it may go 2 miles per hour if we were lucky! Never would I recommend the boat club.
