Honestly, this is the best oil change service around. Another shop refused to do an oil change on my Audi because of a worn thread on the oil plug, but the team at Palos Lube took care of it quickly and without any hassle. I really appreciate their honesty and willingness to help.
One of the most dishonest shops ever. During the oil change, they showed me an air filter and said, "Your filter is really dirty is contributing to yada yada... do you want us to change it for you?" and then they showed me several other car parts which were not in my car parts and said those needed to be changed too.
