I've used this company for years, however I started to have problems so I never renewed in 2021. Now well over a year I get a collection letter saying I owe them for there service in 2021, which I never used. In this whole time I never received a call, letter or any type of contact in over a year. Then out of the clear blue a year later there sending me to collection. I'm not gonna just sit back and have a dishonest company try to rip me off. I will be contacting the South Dakota ***************** office next.

I after the closing of my account I received my mail 20 days from January 6th, 2022 and YBA claims it could be that the mail is slow. I checked again with the post office and they said that the mail is not slow. There are too many inconsistencies with this company since they tried to charge me over $150+ since mid last year. They claimed it was a mistake , but months later I was informed that I was late with that payment which I paid $12 per month for years. I had been a client of Your Best Address for 1 year. I was notified that my annual payment was coming due, fine. However, 3 weeks before the due date my checking account was charged for a year of the digital service. No warning, no reminder, no chance to cancel the service. I have called Your Best Address 5 times. I spoke with a woman who said they were having trouble with the company y who provides the digital sevice. Received our PMB Aug 2018. Mail is forwarded 2 time a month and has arrived in a timely manner. I like them placing the amount for postage that is left in our prepaid account. There were 2 times we were expecting a package - the mail room called us and my wife drove 10 hours to pick it up from their facility - We could have had it sent to us via express mail, but we would have had to drive to South Dakota to take care of legal stuff anyway.
