I've been coming here for quite some time and have always had a great experience. The quality of the work is excellent, and I typically leave very satisfied, which is why my most recent visit was so disappointing. I scheduled an appointment on June 8 for June 13 at 10:00 a.m. and arrived on time, only to be told that there had been a mistake with the scheduling system and that I would need to return at 3:00 p.m if I still wanted my nails done.
