Spencer was great. He used the Marco Polo app to show us houses while we were selecting homes from out of state. He was very knowledgeable about the north Austin area trends and neighborhoods. He made the transaction very smooth. Great communication. Highly recommend him.
Spencer just helped us sell our house and also find a rental for the short time that we are left here in Texas. He is a great realtor. He listens to your needs, answers all your questions, and gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time. Even when he was on vacation, which I was not expecting him to answer. He takes pride in his work and I would recommend him to anyone of my friends or family. If you were debating who you should use as a realtor, use Spencer!
