They are responsive until your windows are not installed, after that, they totally avoiding you on the phone. I called them for the warranty and they said I will get in 3 to 4 weeks and now more than a year and I am still waiting. I also called them a couple of times for air leakage from 2 sliding windows every time they said the manager is not here she will call me back, and that never happens. On 6-11-20 sales rep arrived almost 1.5 hours late for a window estimate. I told the rep I was expecting him an hour and a half ago. He state he was told 2 pm for the appointment not 1 pm. ( It should be noted it was 2:17 when he arrived ) I told him I was on my way out, since I had not received a call letting me know he was going to be late. He asked if he could still look at the windows. I told him no. I explained that I was now skeptical to set up any work since there was already a mix up on something as simple as the app... read more
both door install and the subsequent door repair missed delivery times by over an hour then the rep kathy lied to us and told us we had agreed to a later time which was not the case. Communication from kathy was condescending, untruthful and unprofessional. We have no desire to ever work with the company in the future

From start to finish everything went well. Great consultation and demonstration of the products offered. All my questions and concerns were always answered professionally and in a timely manner. Been enjoying my window and doors for over a year now.
