Lori was very helpful in finding us a home. She helped tour homes on extremely short notice and clearly communicated the buying process and steps to us once we moved foreword with a house. Very professional and good experience.
Melody Sandberg was very unprofessional showing our home. We have on doorbell camera her bashing our front patio furniture and questioning "Why would she put that there? Its so random". BEFORE even opening up the front door. Talked the customers out of the home before even looking at it because of patio decorations. This company will NEVER show my home or earn any of my business.
Had a virtual walkthrough. First and foremost I’m am Soooooo sorry to bother you. Everywhere we went the house was just broken. I might be wrong but I think her name was Melissa. Every turn of the home was an actual “holy crap” what’s next. The first thing I asked about was as I am looking to buy sight unseen.
