So disappointed! I've used them a time or two in the past for small jobs and found them to be fair. However, this event was ridiculous. I needed a new utility tub installed in the basement and I purchased all the parts. Had the plumber come out with the intention of hiring him after he quoted. He looked up the price on his computer and it said $1236.00. Huh?? I immediately balked, he got his boss on the phone and his boss said since they were there they would do it for $900. Huh??
