My recent visit to the Younker dealership was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, embodying the worst stereotypes of car sales. My girlfriend and I arrived with a specific vehicle in mind. We were immediately approached by a salesman before we could even lock our car. After we identified the vehicle we wished to see, he left to retrieve the keys.
