Edit : update the GM has called but the result still remains the same. I was charged a fee that was not necessarily and the claimed the battery was not original and the battery was OEM. Our negotiations began with internet discussions and Younker offering a fair price. Lakota was friendly, easygoing, and extremely knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue that I test drove, and generally passionate about cars.
