Do Not trust these people. I have vision insurance and health insurance. I gave them my information and they said they accept my insurance and would bill the insurance company. A week later they billed me for the entire amount and simply said they don't accept my insurance. Had they been up front about it I would have refused service. Their billing and pricing is a scam. AVOID THIS PLACE!
