I thought I found the ideal storage unit but when I got there they raised the price by $20 a month and then told me I wasn’t able to use the moving truck. Mind you, the whole reason I wanted to go with this company was because on their website it was advertised a “FREE moving truck”. When I got there they told me it was only for the 10x10 units. Awesome service
I never had to rent a storage before so I did not know the procedures did not know what to expect. Left happy. The customer service was great and they walked me through the whole process. Once again very, very impress with the customer service
