This is the second time they’ve deleted my auto payment. This results in you being left hung out to dry outside the gate with a call center that can’t entirely fix the issues. I had called the month prior and spoke to someone at the facility to update the card info and apparently he never reenrolled it. The first time happened when they switched systems

Please do not rent a storage unit out from here. Found rat droppings and holes in my bags and clothes. I’ve been in contact with a staff member and have been getting the run around and they told me they are not responsible.

I edited my review to reflect the customer service that Youngsville Storage provides. I had a issue that really upset me in regards to the new system change, I pay my bills on time and with the new system it deleted me from the automatic draft, I had apparently missed an email with this notice and got a nasty gram. I left a negative review explaining my disdain. Today I received a phone call from the manager apologizing for the mistake. Youngsville storage center is super convenient, and the customer service that they provide is excellent! Truly affordable storage at a great location.
