This facility went from a 5 Star to a 0 Star. If I could put 0. I have had Covid twice and left Voicemails with no return calls. I called in refills on a Friday morning and by Monday they had not responded to me thru pharmacy or Voicemail. This was an incident with Covid. I threatened to go in Monday morning to pick up the paper prescription and hand carry it to the pharmacy. They have tried me for the last time.
