Words cannot begin to describe the respect, admiration and thankfulness that I have for Dr. James D. Solmen. I have been trying for the last 5 days to write a review that describes how I feel but nothing that I keep trying to type seems enough to express my true gratitude. In the last 6 years I have had to have 6 major foot and ankle surgeries. They have helped my family member in the past but today she was turned away and told they can’t help her because they actual close at 4 and stop taking walk ins. But google AND their website say they take walk ins until 7pm, the girls response was oh yeah we haven’t gotten around to changing that yet we have been busy. That is extremely unprofessional and rude. I get google had a waiting period etc but your own website says it, there for you can not and should not be turning people away. Do better.
Great staff! I had to have physical therapy and my person was Soriya. She was very knowledgeable and super sweet ❤ thank you so much!
