Told by 4 different employees my insurance would be accepted and I had NO copay over 2 days and then only AFTER I was seen and they offered no diagnosis, their billing department called the next day asking for full payment saying they didn’t accept my insurance and they have no way to tell until they run it… so why say there was no copay?
