Dr. Miladore and the nurse practitioner were both outstanding, and I would give them 5 stars for their professionalism and bedside manner. Unfortunately, my overall experience deserves only 1 star because of what happened with my diagnosis. I was experiencing what I believed to be severe shoulder pain, so an MRI was ordered. I had a follow up appointment for a fracture and and was very impressed. Everything went smoothly. The building was very clean. Very systematic and a my productive appointment was done and over in a snap which included X-rays , paperwork, nurses and the doctor. Had to go to PT to get a new finger brace so saw a PT nurse... In and out in a half hour. Found out they have an orthopedic Urgent Care at Tippicanoe and 224 ... I'm happy.
I broke my ankle pretty bad and was really scared of this whole process. Dr. Shane and the surgical team really helped put my mind at ease and I was not an easy patient. My fears made me panic and stress which in turn made it a bit hard for them but they were very understanding and patient and really helped me work through it and I had a successful surgery and while I’m still on the road to recovery, I’m very confident that this team has my best interest in mind and will help me get where I need to be.
