My hubs just left there. Granted he has no patience. But he went in bc he fell & his left knee was gigantic. He wanted an x-ray. Was told they didn't have enough electricity to take one?? Or x-ray machine was down? They said they would make a future appt with the doctor there. That took a while. He did find out that there's a va urgent care place on Belmont so he will go there tomorrow. He's 100% disabled vet. Our veterans deserve so much better!! I'm filed a complaint with the rep there.
The best clinic. Best providers. Love the new building.
The doctors and "care team" should be renamed to the "do not care team."
The staff and doctors are incredible. The receptionists always greet you with a smile. This is the best VA clinic I have ever visited!
Its generally a decent clinic although it could use a better system of checking in
