Quick and excellent service! From out of town, but if I lived here I’d be taking my truck here.
Staff are friendly and the location is convenient for me. My only complaint is the hard sell. They are always trying to up sell. I purchased a club card for oil changes and every time I bring my car in, they try to get me to add services and even upgrade to synthetic oil. I bought the card for the oil changes that I wanted. I wish I didn't have to go through the sale again, every time I go in for an oil change. Staff are super friendly, and I know they are just doing what they were directed to do on the up sell policy.
I took my Toyota RAV4 into Youngsteds Wayzata for new struts and shocks with an alignment. Mark the manager and the other gentleman at the front desk were very polite and helpful checking me in immediately. The service performed was excellent no complaints! The check in area and the waiting room was extremely clean, also offering coffee and water. I would strongly recommend Youngsteds to anyone looking for quality service. Five stars
