I've been a customer for 14 years. They handle all my service and repair needs. Through all the time and 6 different vehicles I've never had a complaint. I highly recommend.
Last October I had a Radiator replaced at Youngsteds Hopkins. Two days ago my engine hot light came on and the temp gauge was as hot as could be measured. I pulled over right away and called them. They sent Two people out with extra coolant and took it to the Hopkins shop. It was holiday weekend(Saturday) and they were jammed and short staffed with mechanics. Bottom line : they stayed 1 hr overtime on a Saturday night to complete the repair. I'm an Uber driver and had reservations on Sunday AM. What great customer service!! ... read more
