I stopped in today with a dress that had very deep wrinkles in a horse hair hem that I was told by a local dry cleaner could not be taken out. My intention was to have the hem removed in the wake of this news. The staff at Young’s was so cheerful and accommodating: They took the dress, ironed out the hem flawlessly, and gave it back to me in less than 10 minutes. Needless to say, I will be back!
They absolutely know what they are doing! I’ve taken dozens of pieces to them and they do the work like pros and know how to handle every fabric and situation!
