We recently rented in Crystal Towers #1809 through Young’s. We’d stayed in this complex previously so we knew it and knew we liked it. The unit was very nice and well stocked, although I had trouble getting through a week without kitchen shears! The only problem we had was that the battery in our digital door lock died one night but Young’s got someone there quickly to replace it.
Awful, customer service was horrible, almost impossible to reach anybody. All of our communication with Suncoast indicated we would receive a 2 bed / 2 bath condo, with a sleeper sofa. I also received confirmation that ALL amenities were open. When we arrived, there was no sleeper sofa, and 2 out of the 3 amenities, as described to us by Suncoast in the pictures of the unit they sent, were not available, with the hot tub not even existing anymore. Could not be more disappointed. We had a place reserved on the beach for almost 3 months in advance of check-in; paid in full 1 month in advance. Two weeks before check-in, we were notified that the entire condo building was closed in the aftermath of Hurricane Sally. Our money was refunded. We immediately checked and found other units in that building were available. Paid almost $800.00 more to rent another unit. Upon checking in, we found our original unit was rented. Extremely disappointed with customer service. Will never use or recommend. Way too many vacation realty companies out there that will gladly take my money. Still waiting on a call back.

We stayed at Island Sunrise 262. First off let me start with the condo was very clean and we had a wonderful time like always, but we will not stay in this condo again. it was very dated and most of the outlets didn't work and the front door was very hard to get open. There was mold along the outside of the caulking of the outside door. The appliances were old and refrigerator had rust along the side by the stove. RecommendedThe customer service through Young’s has been wonderful throughout the entire pandemic. They put their customers first. They were very flexible with us and have gone above and beyond to help in any way they could! We will definitely book through Young’s Suncoast the next time we are in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area.
We stayed in Bel Sole 1801 penthouse for 4 nights. Overall, the condo is great- minus the need of a few updates. The frame to the master bedroom was messed up (so the door was loud and hard to shut/open), kitchen cabinet was messed up, several lights were out throughout the condo, and some blinds were missing. When we arrived, none of the lights in the master bedroom and master bath worked and we had to call. Cottage D was amazing. New, clean, beachy, and modern. Four adults and four teenagers fit comfortably. Great proximity to beach and lagoon! Loved it! — with Dusti Daniel.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. Had holiday weekend reservations and they cancelled 2 days before my trip,. When I tried to talk to them, they said it was already reserved. I had my confirmation and money already paid. Then Andy, who is supposed to be in charge, couldn't explain it. We kept getting "cut off" on phone and then he just stopped taking my calls. DO NOT DO IT. AVOID THEM
