We bought from Young's with the promise of having a good service department. Our four year old trailer, which Young's set up, has never been moved, and which has the push outs retracted each year for the winter has developed a soft spot on the floor where there are no water pipes and there is no evidence of water damage anywhere on the inside and there is no evidence of water under the trailer.
