I keep coming back because Tony and his team are always on time and professional.
The toilets were blocked during a function on a Friday night recently. I contacted Young's Plumbing for help the following morning because we had another function booked for that evening. Tony Young responded and came on site personally to unblock the sewerage pipe, just in time for the next function to proceed without disruption. Very much appreciated - Desmond Lim, Club Manager.
Tony and his team were fantastic in correcting a leak that was extraordinarily difficult to identify, access and remedy. Tony and his apprentice crawled under the house whilst excavating dirt using a trowel, in a very tight space in order to reach the corroded and leaking pipe. The fact that Young’s Plumbing were prepared to do this, rather than lift floorboards (very costly) demonstrates their work ethic, willingness to help their customers and skill. Met a young guy from there, Keiran, who impressed me so I tried them a second time. Keiran was a totally different experience. Very capable, nothing too much trouble, and everything sorted in a short period, much quicker than expected and for a very fair price. So glad to get someone who knew what they were doing. Hope the guy who came last time has been educated a little better by now.
