Super leckerer Lobster, Lobster Roll u. Haddock!!!!!
Six scallops, store bought potato salad & Cole slaw for $19? Top it off with the scallops tasting like rubber. Lobster in lobster rolls was chewy, skimpy portions and overcooked. Avoid this place
So disappointed in Young's. My family and I went there once before and we loved it. However, we went this year on Mother's Day and it was awful. I had made a reservation for an outdoor table and there were none available. Incidentally, the woman I made the reservation with was not very pleasant. The place was packed, so we waited about 30 minutes for our food, but that was understandable. Our lobster was done and getting cold 10 to 15 minutes before the rest of our order was ready. My son's favorite restaurant on the entire planet. It has been almost three years now (Belfast isn't exactly just down the road from Columbia, South Carolina) and he still talks about it like he had experienced a glimpse of heaven.

Young's has the freshest seafood in Maine!!!
Been going here since my parents started taking us there in the 50's. In fact it was located up on the main drag just above it's current location in the little white building that is still there. They used to have cooked lobsters out on a table and you could pick any one you wanted for $1.00 !! We NEVER come to Maine without going here. Before having our lobsters (usually 2 - 3 pounders) we have to enjoy some "steamah's" . If you have been looking for a place with "grit" free clams this is it!

Young's is the best place in the world for lobster. I'm from Ky. but, my mother-in-law lived in Blue Hill, Maine witch is about 40 miles from Young's!! Young's was always the first place we stopped at on our way to Blue Hill and the last place we stopped at on the way back to KY.!! We had twin lobsta's for lunch, today. Price was great, but, I think they were the sweetest lobsta's I have ever eaten. Amazing view while eating and a great luncheon companion.
