I have had to deal with Young’s VW twice now as the only VW dealership in the area when my Amarok has required a service and both times it has been painful. Every booking has been lost (3 times they have lost the booking for 2 service requests!), booking notes have been lost between talking to staff so when dropping off the car any warranty work is a surprise to them, and we had to pay for warranty work and submit a follow-up claim to VW for reimbursement. I am looking forward to returning home to my local dealership.
Got my Ute serviced here while we were passing through Geraldton The team done a awesome job highly recommend
Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe und den fairen Preis!
