Very underwhelming service. I was insured with them for not even 1 term and switch over to Hub insurance because the management there would make me feel dumb for certain questions I asked. Felt discriminated against… not worth the rates because of the bad customer service.
Nothing much bad to say other than other insurance places had way better rates. When I brought up the competitive rates I was met with alot of hostility so just moved on to a different brokerage.
