Their delivery person showed up to deliver oil at my 90y.o. mother's house. I had just arrived at the same time and went into the house. It had snowed a couple days before. He left a note on the door without delivering any oil. My mother's tank was on empty. He NEVER knocked on the door to tell us of any problem. When we contacted the company they told us their delivery man couldn't get thru the gate because of snow and also said he saw an older man go into the house that he felt wouldn't be able to do anything to help.
