Zero stars. Completely misdiagnosed me without even doing a test. Said he's been doing this a long time and that he knew what he was talking about. Luckily, I found a doctor who actually knew what he was doing, properly diagnosed me, and corrected the problem with surgery.
He treated me though I was his only patient that day. Excellent at providing information and cures for several issues. And he LISTENS.
I have been a patient for many years. He listens to me. He explains the options in a way I can understand.
Very professional and addressed all my concerns. He made me feel very comfortable as a new patient.
I was favorably impressed with Dr. Youngren on my first visit. He was down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and fostered an open, two-way conversation. He explained things well. My second visit, months later, got off to a similarly good start. However, during our conversation he suddenly and inexplicably took great umbrage at a mundane comment I made about my experience with a treatment option. Good staff, they were very apologetic for his lateness.... And during COVID-19 he seemed sick...!
Not sure why anyone would recommend this dr. My father who went to him yesterday waited over an hr and then rushed through a procedure because the dr was leaving for the day. Not an hr later my father was rushed to the hospital because he couldn’t urinate. Any dr who tell his patient have a good while his back is turned walking away clearly is a fake.
This doctor is simple put: OUTSTANDING!!! Brilliant Caring Kind Sharp These are just a few adjectives that describe this excellent urologist !! He gives you the time that You need to explain the medical situation you find yourself in Highly highly recommended!!
Great doctor and staff , had to see them for a "uncomfortable conversation " to me at least, I was put totally at ease by the doctor and his nurse. If you are a little up in age and things aren't working like they used to this is the Dr. to see.
