Charged for a service that was never fulfilled. Specifically asked about if they handled the Jasper engine Warranty and if it could be tested, Shop said that it was tested and wasnt the engine.... i was charged and nothing was solved. Took it to another shop, it was the engine, Jasper is replacing the entire engine. Charged for nothing.
Great service and reasonable pricing! One of the only places in town that I was able to bring my older vehicle. They were very honest and explained everything to me in amazing detail. I would not go to any other shop now that I know they exist!
They took care of this old Veteran.
I moved to Texas from up north & since I been here I been taken my car to this shop, from the front desk to the back house is amazing, literally always break what they did down to me, & give me information on something that may need work in the future on my car. Appreciate these guys. Thank You
