Now called Pop and Party. Slow service and helped other people after taking my order on balloons. I will not be back.
Sorry we came in 15 minutes before close but I wasn't sure of your hours since this was my first and LAST time coming in. Black headed woman working was busy counting her drawer down (understandable). Was very short with her hello did not acknowledge us any other way didn't ask if we needed help or what we were looking for.... So we will take our business elsewhere

I love this place, the staff is alway very helpful & friendly.
WARNING!!! Do Not ever go to this place! They put costumes in different bags with the wrong size on it and will not let you return it. This should be against the law.

There are numerous signs in the store stating that all sales of costumes are final. The sales associates repeat this at the time of purchase and offer the use of our dressing room and /or , suggest that the costume is taken out of the package and inspected to make sure that it is the correct size.
