I have to say I’m happy with the service however the ammenities suck. The vending machines don’t work. Never any popcorn or hot dogs. No bottled water. I’ll pick a place next time that I can actually get a drink at. Disappointing but I’m stuck til I get a new car.

Service tech Clair doubled the original estimated price to $1000 from “Steve” original estimate and then proceeded to try and shame me when I asked for the reason in the double price. “Oh no hunny that’s a way more expensive part.” - called 2 other local garages and the same work was quoted as less than $500 from both. United Automotive in Chambersburg has never left us down and will continue to get our business. Stay clear of this unprofessional and terrible mechanics.
