Younger Exteriors was reasonable with their prices, communicated every step and takes care of all outside maintenance. I will definitely call them for our next exterior need.
Brian and his team did an amazing job! I bought my 1870 home almost 2 years from a flipper that cosmetically made the house look decent to a new home buyer. He gave me advice on what should be done and was affordable. He has a team full of perfectionists and nothing was completed half way. 2 years later, everything still looks perfect!! And now 4 years later everything is still looking great! I have needed to use other contractors (for different projects) and none of them compare with Younger Exteriors.
After a major storm in 2023, I hired Younger Exteriors to replace the siding, roof, and gutters on my badly damaged home. They did an excellent job. The level of professionalism and communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. This was extended by the members of all three crews, the office support team, and Bill Younger. The damaged resulted in a significant amount of demolition work that required three dumpsters. Each time the dumpsters were filled they were collected and emptied the next day.
