Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? They were average

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? I Already Have

I appreciate the professionalism of Dr. Younger and his staff. Even though they do not call after appointments they always make sure that I have a follow-up scheduled before I leave the office. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Dr. Younger remembers me and my particular problems. Although my appointments are always quick, he makes sure that he takes the time that I need to get my questions answered.
