They don't care about the customer... Complete Lack of Customer Service! Multiple service calls to get them to fix the problem. They did warranty work for two different plumbing issues in our new house (shower; bathroom faucet) and showed complete disregard for trying to fully "fix" the issues. They were absolutely more concerned with getting out of there with a minimum of work and time. I strongly recommend against using this company for your plumbing needs. Go anywhere else!
