Their rack is phenomenal for 2 heavy ebikes. We have 2 fat tire ebikes that are both quite heavy. This rack holds them amazingly secure and I am confident to take them anywhere (they have already travelled form Florida to California and back. Now about the company. They are excellent. I bent the rack by getting the cornet caught while performing tight 3 point turn. Totally my fault. I reached out to their customer service and a replacement part for the bent piece was sent out, no problems and I am back up and using the rack ... read more

Purchased my bike three months ago and have 100+ miles on my Young Pro Scout. Excellent bike and is a dream to ride. Takes on our hills and county roads with very little exertion. It handles off road conditions with ease Bike was delivered 95% together and all the necessary tools and parts for assembly were included. I used it along with a bike trailer for riding across farm fields during turkey season. At 70 years old and having had knee surgery going on a 12-to-14-mile trek is something I look forward too.
Chip went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My Young E-Scout is a wonderful bike. I would highly recommend anyone that is interested in an e-bike get ahold of Chip at Young electric. He will give you a great deal and is so easy to talk too. Thank you Chip!
