Wanted to share our purchase experience with Springfield Camping World and our sales representative Dale Booth. We live in Kissimmee Florida (2 long driving days away from Missouri) but found that they had the unit we wanted at the best price I could find in 1/2 the USA! Staff is rude, management explains why it's actually fine that they're rude. If there is another option, I will find it.
I talked to a salesman named Ben who was very polite & knowledgeable! I haven't bought a trailer yet but will probably buy one next spring!
Everyone was very helpful and respectful especially Mike in the parts department, he took his time to come out and take a look at our RV and explain to us how to fix our toilet in detail. He also helped us figure out how to use our water tank, he was very professional and helpful 5 stare and recommend this spot for any help on your RV.
