Worked for this worthless company for 2 years, gets fired 3 days before Christmas! What a wonderful company to work for... never work for them they don't respect you are treat you properly. Ill never tell anyone to work for them as they are disrespectful to costumers and employees
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I ordered & paid for a windshield, they told me it would arrive in 3-5 days, and that was over 3 weeks ago now. I keep getting excuses every time I call, & put on hold for 20+ minutes while they “look into it”, they are unresponsive to emails.. it seems like the guy is trying to figure it out, but there has been no progress in over 2 weeks. I like the sales people and they are very helpful....if you can get them to answer the phone. It is not unusual to wait on hold for 30 minutes. One time I drove the their office and went in and talked to their manager while still on hold waiting to talk to somebody...I hung up while talking to him after 45 min of hold time. Young has bought up all the local dealers and now cant handle the parts needs for you their new dealers. I used to go out of my way to work with them...I hope it gets better.
