We LOVE Dr. Young! She has taken SUCH GOOD care of our cats for over 11 years, wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
We used several vets in and around Pawleys before someone recommended Dr. Young. On a scale of 5, she and her staff are a 10. She's the best vet we've ever dealt with over 30 years of having dogs.

Dr. Young was recommended to us. Our first visit was yesterday. Notice I said first visit because we do plan to go back. The vet tech was very friendly and made helpful suggestions. Dr. Young came in and down on the floor she went, face to face with my dog. She examined my dog for the issue she was having but also checked several other things. Dr Young made a very emotional decision bearable. She has taken care of Ishie , my dog, since we moved to Pawleys Island. She has always been caring. Always gets down on the floor with my Ishie. Just seems so kind and loving. Ishie had a stroke and was getting worse. couldn't eat and wouldn't drink. Such a heart wrenching decision to end her suffering. Dr Young made a truly a heart wrenching decision bearable. I will always be in her debt for helping me through Ishies passing.
Doctor Ross Young took care of both my cats & did an excellent job with them. When I lost one of them she was most kind & did everything she could for her, but there are some things you can't fix. I appreciate her understanding & kind nature towards the animals she service.
I really love this practice. They are friendly, helpful and if you are looking for a non surgical remedy for an older pet with a reoccuring injury or arthritis I highly recommend the laser treatment which has helped several pets I know.
She is terrific. Wish she could be cloned. My only objection is that she is too busy!
From the first phone call all the way to paying the bill, I was incredibly impressed with every member of Dr. Youngs team. They made me feel at ease throughout the entire process of coming in as a new client with my dog. All my concerns and questions were thoroughly addressed in a patient and non judgmental manner.
