I put some money down on my trailer I bought and believe they just pocketed it. I never got the documents sent over to my email like they said they would be. I contacted about the documents them about this and didn’t receive an answer. They showed me the total in the purchase process before the down payment was applied and once it was all finalized it was the same amount. But because I don’t have the paperwork I have no look at it and see if that’s the case.
Was not presured and got all my questions answered.
