Randy, best worker there. He helps out Tan’s HVAC and he’s always reliable. And after I call, he has the part I need ready to go the second I walk in. Should give him a raise.

Worst hvac supplier anywhere. Despite having the proper licenses they refuse to sell refrigant to certain customers because they are "getting complaints that business is being taken from their other customers". Everyone at this location always has a bad attitude. Terrible customer service.

Bob, Carol, Randy, and Mark all deserve a raise. This is the most well run refrigeration supply house in metro detroit. I have been shopping with them since I was 18. Well stocked shelves, great customer service and great people. Spend your money here, you won’t regret it!
