Friendly knowledgeable staff, great pricing. Gem of a shop
Bob, Carol, Randy, and Mark all deserve a raise. This is the most well run refrigeration supply house in metro detroit. I have been shopping with them since I was 18. Well stocked shelves, great customer service and great people. Spend your money here, you won’t regret it!
Great service. I work for a hoisting company and before I even got out of my truck they were bringing out the units out to me. They are really on top of things here. Very impressed
The worst service department anywhere. If I could give them a zero I would. We had a motor for our a/c that was under warranty. They order the wrong motor 4 days. Then claimed it was not a warranty motor. Then realizing they were wrong ordered another motor. Once again wrong motor another 4 days. Then they stated they were overnighting it 2 day overnight and we would not have to pay freight.
