Problems... #1 I separated the two filter orders for a reason and when they gave them to me, they shared boxes. #2 They gave me the wrong filters. #3 45 minutes after they're open and they still don't have coffee. Call me strange: but, I'd like a cup of coffee, The filters in their own separate containers & To not have to double check everything they give me.
