I submitted a windshield insurance claim that was approved, but unfortunately, I experienced a very frustrating situation. Two weeks passed after the claim approval, and I received absolutely no contact, despite being promised communication within that timeframe. I took my outback here for warranty work. They did a great job and gave me a car to drive for the day. When I got my car back it was clean and repaired. 10/10

Would not recommend bringing your car here for anything other than routine maintenance, especially if you drive an older car. I had my car brought here when it wouldn't start, they fixed it (new starter), and I was able to pick it up a couple days later. They did not tell me, however, that the check engine light and another error code had popped up. They simply cleared the codes right before sending me off with my car.
