I have no issues at all with Dr Young, but his front desk staff are so incredibly unprofessional, condescending, and petty. We will not be going back.
Very unprofessional. I made an appointment with one doctor but was seen by another, and I was never notified about the change in provider. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they tried to claim that I had been notified. However, when I showed them the messages and the name of the provider, they had nothing else to say.
The best in this area!
Dr young and crystal are awesome! They made sure my grandson was feeling comfortable and made the entire visit fun. I appreciate how much care they put into the kids.
