Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They make sure your littles are comfortable and explain what is going to happen and what to expect...no surprises for the kids.

I have no issues at all with Dr Young, but his front desk staff are so incredibly unprofessional, condescending, and petty. We will not be going back.
Very unprofessional. I made an appointment with one doctor but was seen by another, and I was never notified about the change in provider. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they tried to claim that I had been notified. However, when I showed them the messages and the name of the provider, they had nothing else to say.
