They must have changed the front desk staff. The new person has a gentle voice but seems very lazy. In previous years, when medical test results came out, the front desk would proactively send the report via email or text, inform me of the results, and directly arrange prescriptions. Dr. Young is my family’s primary doctor and she is very nice. She always helps people to select best way to treat. She and her team are doing great job.
Doctor Young she’s the greatest doctor and I love her doctor assistant Gigi but luckily the owner hired her for a good cause. 100/10
