RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! If I could give negative stars I would!! I rented a home from Sergiy Vasylenko June 2023. I paid for 12 months of rent, $2500 security deposit and a non-refundable pet fee in advance. Any time over the year I needed something, Sergiy was extremely quick to respond to me. The last week of my lease he emailed me constantly asking when he could get the keys. Sometimes back to back emails.. he took over the house on May 31st and had it listed that day. I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible communication!! We rented with them for one year and the property manager refused to communicate effectively the entire year. So much so, that none of our concerns were met and there was no lease renewal. We stayed in the house for several months waiting for a response. They expect you to take care of all the maintenance of the home. Now, to return our full deposit without reason or communication after we painted and completed all repairs of the home after moving out.

I live the house. The realtor that did the showing was disrespectful, when I pulled up he was standing at the door, never said a word to us when we approached the; home, just took his arm to show us in, he stayed outside the whole time we looked at the property and walked back outside to tell the realtor that we are very interested and he again didn't speak so I said to him can u please talk, still nothing so I said what is my next step he , still nothing.
