Had a pipe under our kitchen sink rust out one week before we gave birth to our first child. Young was so great to work with. The receptionist was so helpful when we told her we were in the hospital and were too busy to call around for contractors and schedule it all. She went above and beyond and got it all taken care of for us. The contracting team and young team were both fast and easy to work with. Very disappointed with this company's billing ethics. Plumber came first time, took 20 minutes to diagnose the issue. We then had to reschedule for him to come back to fix it. He was vague on what needed replaced so had to have them bring the part. Came back at the end of the week and spent 30 minutes replacing the part. When we got the bill it was for 3 hours of labor. Called for explanation and they advised there was an hour charge for each visit and an hour charge for acquiring the part. Then we were also charged over $30... read more

After a big storm with heavy rainfall, our sump pump failed and we found our workshop filled with water. We initially called a different company who said the system need to be replaced and they estimated a couple thousand dollars. We decided to have Young look at it for another opinion. Cole came out and after a few minutes, got the system pumping water again. We have been so happy with the service we've received from Young.
