This is fantastic experience for kids of all ages. Jeffryn is an amazing artistic director and my kids have benefited in so many ways from this exceptional institution. YPPC is the way theater ought to be taught! And this classic approach results in consistently high quality performances! This is an essential education brought forth by dramatic arts and unquestionably invaluable to every student who participates!
YPPC is a wonderful birthplace for rising stage performers, set designers, costumers, lighting and sound designers and thoughtful human beings. Jeffryn Stephens is one of our best local resources in Durham!
My daughter, Blaine was in YPPC from the third grade until graduation from high school. She was in many shows during the school year and summers too. The summer musicals! How wonderful they were.
Love this theatre. I brought my kids here and have worked for 24 years here as well. It is a safe and fun place to explore what being in a show is all about.
