Don't expect anyone who works here and isn't a doctor to have any idea what's going on or be able to help you with anything. They'll probably just make it worse. I'm seriously impressed when they manage to return a phone call.
They refused care after learning I had a pending covid test. Doesn’t make sense because I was tested on the basis of preexisting health conditions, not exposure. Would it be better to not get tested at all? In that case they would have seen me. The refusal to see a patient who is wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing, and receiving periodic covid testing displays the offices inability to take mental illness seriously.
