went in to ask about a nail take-off. The gentleman immediately told me they don’t do acrylics, even though I wasn’t asking about acrylics (their website actually says they do). I came back a week later to ask again, since I saw “nail take off” listed on their site. This time the lady was very rude, asking “what nails?” when I simply asked if they take off fake nails as advertised. Before going in, I looked through their window at their pricing chart. Very relaxing & clean atmosphere. A shoulder massage was included(: He did a great job on my pedicure. I will definitely go back when I’m in town.

Emily was very rude to my 3 year old grand daughter. She flicked my fingers out of her way and told me to relax. Then trying to fix the chair to have my toe nails done after a hip replacement, she told me it's not the chair it's your feet. She adjusted my body parts very forcefully, including adjusted my hands in the gel manicure machine. Just unbelievable. I didn't tip and was followed out to my car to get a tip. Really? Pedicure was ok, the guy who did mine seemed afraid to touch me though & the included massage was something my 7-year-old would do. The atmosphere had potential--clean & seems new, and the lighting is nice--but the only thing on the walls are 2 flat screen tvs with Fox News on. The entire wall of pedicure chairs directly face these tvs & there's no where else to look.
