I caught the amazing February 2025 sale and by mistake I ordered a slick pour thinking it was a gel polish. I called customer service and to my surprise she told me that they would ship me a return label and that I could order something more like what I was looking for and ship it back to me! The customer service was top notch. We needed to return an item due to unforeseen circumstances. The representative was very empathetic and kind. They went above and beyond ensure the product was returned efficiently and without an ounce of trouble!
